TCBH and all associated providers will never send unsolicited or automatic marketing, promotional, or informational texts, nor will they collect phone numbers, sell phone numbers or use purchased lists or 3rd party generated lists when sending SMS. No shortened or non-branded domain links will be sent. All messages sent out from providers will only be in immediate response to a received SMS message. All information shared with TCBH and/or associated providers is confidential information/protected PHI and will be managed under HIPPA guidelines. Limits of confidentiality will be reviewed with your provider upon beginning care and consent forms regarding this will be signed individually.
