cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach to the treatment of anxiety and depression
in individuals of all ages. Her background and training also includes extensive experience
helping children and families cope with acute or chronic medical conditions, providing
organizational skills training to those with ADHD/ADD, and working with parents to
help improve child behavior. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband
and three children, reading, and scrapbooking.
